Arrival
Upon arrival, your guests will be greeted by our valets. They will be escorted to our luxurious locker room while our valets park their cars and take their clubs to the bag drop area. Our locker room attendants will assign guest lockers, take your guests street shoes for cleaning and once changed, direct your guests to the dining area.
Dining
Your event will feature two sumptuous meals. Traci Pincourt, our Director of Catering, will guide you through the planning of your meals and take care of every detail.
Golf
Our Director of Golf, Scott Mailloux, is committed to ensuring that your guests have an outstanding and memorable golfing experience. Scott and his staff will coordinate and manage all aspects of your golf outing.
Your guests will warm up on our practice facilities. Scott can arrange for our pros to provide tips to your guests prior to their tee off or can arrange for a golf clinic.
Once they tee off, your guests will enjoy an exceptional golfing experience on our newly designed Robert Trent Jones Jr. championship golf course.
After Golf
After golf, your guests can enjoy and leisurely shower and stream in our locker room followed cocktails, hors d'oeuvres and a meal which is second to none. Following dinner, they can claim their prizes in our pro shop and head home truly satisfied.
